750,000 Pieces Later, Why Permanent Jewelry Isn’t Just a Trend
750,000 Pieces and Counting!
Three years ago, I was sitting in a jBloom Leadership conference in Charleston, South Carolina.
In a hurricane. 🌪️

And in the middle of that storm, jBloom shared a brand new idea with a small test group of us. It was called PermaLinx. Permanent jewelry. Weld-free. Clasp-free. Something no one had really seen before.

None of us fully understood what it would become.
We just knew one thing:
It felt different.
We trusted the vision.
We said yes before there were numbers.
Before there were success stories.
Before there were 750,000 pieces.

And now?
750,000 PermaLinx later, I can say with full confidence…this wasn’t a trend.
It was the beginning of something big.
My Very First PermaLinx
I still remember my first one – both wearing it and learning how to do it.
Nervous.
Excited.
Curious if people would “get it.”
They didn’t just get it.
They loved it.
And they still do.

From “What If?” to a Movement
At the time, it was just an idea being tested.
A simple chain.
A quick connection.

What we didn’t realize was that this tiny moment would turn into:
- moms and daughters getting linked for the first time
- best friends marking milestones
- bridesmaids sharing a memory
- women celebrating strength, healing, and new beginnings
- thousands of women starting businesses they never imagined for themselves

Permanent jewelry became more than jewelry.
It became an experience.
A memory.
A confidence boost.
A conversation starter.
A business opportunity.

Why 750,000 Matters
Numbers like this don’t happen with fads.

They happen when something truly connects with people.
750,000 pieces means:
- 750,000 moments
- 750,000 stories
- 750,000 reasons women said “yes” to something meaningful
And I’ve had a front-row seat since the very beginning.

This Changed More Than Jewelry
I’ve watched this grow from a test idea in a storm to a movement that’s:
- helped women create income
- given women confidence
- created community
- opened doors to opportunities and trips I never imagined
- and connected so many people in the most special ways
All from a tiny chain and a simple connection.

And We’re Just Getting Started
If 750,000 happened in three years…
I can’t even imagine what the next three will look like.
What started as a “what if?” in Charleston has turned into something that is changing lives every single day.
I’m so grateful I said yes when it was just an idea.
And even more excited to still be part of it as it continues to grow.
Because this?
It’s more than jewelry.
Grateful to have been part of this from the very beginning,
Lori
